Wash at 30°C, low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron.

 

Customisation: 

• Handle Colour — Default as shown in photos. Can be customised to “Black” or “White” upon request. Specify in the “Leave a Note” section.

  

• Style — Interested in a different print from “The Creative Machine” series? Indicate your preference in the “Leave a Note” section and email a screenshot of the desired print.

All sales of tote bags are final. Each piece is sold as-is, and we encourage potential buyers to review all available images and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. 

 

However, in the rare event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, we offer a Replacement Guarantee:

 

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require photos of the damage and the packaging to process your claim. In such cases, we will work with you to either replace the damaged item or issue a partial refund.

 

• Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
